All workshops are 80 minutes in duration, except for Spinning Splits (90 minutes). Please read all workshop descriptions and prerequisites carefully before signing up, as there will be no refunds or credits for any reason.

SPINNINGS SPLITS - Intermediate (90min)

This workshop will be filled with a variety of split combos on spinning pole.
- Prerequisites: Pole Techniques 2 repeaters and above. Must be comfortable in aerial inverts and splits.
POLE DANCE CHOREOGRAPHY - Multilevel (80min)
- Pole dance choreography incorporating floor work and pole tricks.
- Prerequisites: Pole Techniques 1 repeaters and above, preferably have repeated our level 1 or 2 choreography courses.
SIGNATURE TRICKS - Intermediate (80min)
- Learn some of Coco's signature tricks! Incorporates floor-to-pole combinations that focus on smooth transitions (eg. flips, leg work, arm balance moves).
- Prerequisites: Pole Techniques 2 repeaters and above. Must be comfortable in aerial inverts and leg hangs.
EXOTIC HEELS - Multilevel (80min)
- Exotic-style heels choreography with related tricks and techniques.
- Prerequisites: Completed Pole Flow 1, SuperSlinky, SuperSassy or equivalent. Pole Techniques 1 repeaters and above recommended. Must be confident executing pole turns and pirouettes in heels.
STATIC POLE TECHNIQUES - Intermediate (80min)
- You will learn proper static pole techniques to create fluid rotational moves with combination tricks.
- Prerequisites: Pole Techniques 2 repeaters and above.

- All workshop bookings are final and there will be no refunds, credits, make-ups or deferment/rollovers once booked (including for medical reasons).
- There are no refunds if you sign up for a workshop that is beyond your skill level. If in doubt, please speak with your instructor or contact us for an assessment.
- These workshops are not eligible for tertiary, multi-class or other promotional discounts.
- In the event that you're unable to attend your workshop, please inform us in writing no later than 48 hours prior. You may transfer your booking to someone else, provided the person taking over your spot meets all the stipulated prerequisites.
- All workshops require a minimum number of sign-ups to start. In the event that there aren't enough sign-ups, our studio will hold credits for any class cancellations.
